Abstract:

بیماریهای عروق کرونر، بخصوص نوع آترواسکلروتیک آن، از جمله بیماریهای شایع و ناتوان کننده و در اکثر موارد عامل اصلی مرگ در جوامع پیشرفته بشری می باشند. روشهای تشخیصی و درمانی این بیماریها نیز روز به روز تکامل یافته و نتایج امیدوار کننده ای را برای این بیماران به دنبال داشته است. P . T . C . A روش جدیدی است که به تدریج جایگزین جراحی بای پس کرونر خواهد شد. آنژیو پلاستی ترانس لومینار عروق کرونر از طریق پوست ( P. T . C . A ) روش جدیدی است که به تدریج جایگزین جراحی بای پس کرونر خواهد شد.
